Professional, helpful and affordable

Through out my experience with the staff at the law office, they were all very professional, friendly, and very supportive. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope I will not every need a lawyer again, but if I do I will be going back to the McConkie Law Offices. Thank You McConkie Staff!!

Both Philip Ford and I, Dixie Barber, feel that Mr. L. Adams did an excellent job of researching and defending our appeal to the City of Bountiful. Mr. Adams did an excellent job of researching and defending our appeal to the City of Bountiful. He zeroed in on the main areas of the city's arguments; He clearly targeted our own answers, arguments and defense to respond to the City, and in a concise manner left the City with no real viable arguments. The judges decision against us made absolutely no use of the cities arguments! He created a decision out of left field two which we could not respond having no knowledge of this possible argument! Mr. Adams could find no case in law to support this decision. If it was not for the cost of the appeal to the higher court ( Beyond our income), we feel that Mr. Adams put forth the best possible defense in our behalf based on the knowledge available to us. The city in essence lost the case! Based upon their arguments, which were not used in any way, shape, or form in the judges decision! We feel under the circumstances that Mr. L. Adams and the law firm of McConkie, did there very best that was possible. Thank you, very much for your efforts.

I have used Kathleen on two separate occasions. One was a personal injury case and the other was a family matter. Even though the cases were very different, the outcome was exactly what we needed.
